PROJECT HIGHLIGHT 1 (2016) – State of California, Office of Emergency Services

Scope of work: Installed a fully operating Hiperwall video wall system with audio for CalOES. This includes network configuration, node installation, system configuration and switch configuration. Our two tech team mounted 14 (7×2) adjoining NEC displays in the new CalOES facilities and ran network connections from the IT closet to display nodes and streamer PCs. An audio mixer and speakers were installed connecting to the video wall sound system. After the system was fully operating, two training sessions were provided for the end customer.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT 2 (2016) – CBS Studio Center

Scope of work: Our team furnished and installed (4) cables to (111) work stations across (3) floors ensuring working connectivity at CBS Studio Center’s new Lagoon Building. We installed “J-HOOK” cable pathways above the ceiling on each of the (3) floors, and installed fiber (single and multi-mode); rod/rope underground structure. Throughout the project, we worked with the end customer and onsite workers to ensure timely completion of the project. Once the project was completed, the various connections were tested for working connectivity and passed.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT 3 (2014-2015) – Harbor UCLA Medical

Scope of work: Racked and stacked new switch install and cross connect existing network connections to the new switches. Switches were installed, connected and tested before any patient connections were made. Roughly 17,000 connections were completed without any noticeable impact to patient care.

CUSTOMER KUDOS

“In the 3 years I worked IW tickets you were always my first choice for anything that came in in the state of CA and you guys always did an A+ job from scheduling to completing the work. Your techs did a great job on site and your office always made me feel like any email I sent over was very important. A few months back I filled out an evaluation for you and gave you all 10’s down the line, if you need me for any other recommendations I’d be more than happy to help you out… Thank you for making things so easy for me over the past 3 years, and please thank Arvin for me for doing such a great job managing our Sally Beauty project over the summer. I wish you the best and I hope your business continues to flourish.”
